For network design purposes, Link 16 time slots are grouped into 12 second frames; time slots occur at the rate of 128 slots / second, or 1536 time slots in one Link 16 frame. These slots are grouped into three interleaved sets (A, B, C) of 512 slots each, so every third slot belongs to the same set.
